Many people in Australia often talk about the fact that they have grown tired of wearing their business suit all the time and so it’s possible they would like to be a little bit more casual. - Figure out the clothes that complement you – There are certain colours that are going to look fantastic on you and there are others that just won’t do at all. It’s all about trial and error and so getting out of your full wardrobe and figuring out what you’re going to wear the night before you go to work would be an excellent idea. You can’t really go wrong with a smart jacket, casual shirt and some casual pants to match.
- Simple is always better – Don’t overcomplicate everything by trying to make a business jacket match a pair of casual pants and just stick to the tried and tested method that you use every single Saturday and Sunday when you want to see your friends for the weekend. Pull on your best for shirt, slip into your chinos and put on a nice pair of shoes to complete the ensemble.
- Pay attention to the small things – Once you figure out what you want to wear then you need to think about how you want to accessorise. A classic watch would not look out of place and there is no way that you get to take off your wedding ring if you are married. It’s great that your clothes look fantastic but give your hair style some attention as well and make sure that the footwear that you decide upon is clean. It would be appropriate to wear a belt no matter what kind of pants you are wearing and for goodness sake, make sure that the belt matches the shoes.
