Authentic Curd Rice Recipe

  • Add the green chillies, grated ginger, coriander leaves, and mint leaves to the pan and fry for another minute
  • Pour the seasoned mixture over the bowl of rice and yogurt. Mix well to combine
  • If desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the curd rice for extra tanginess
  • Serve the curd rice chilled, garnished with additional coriander and mint leaves
