Dubai is 90 minutes drive by car (about 290 AED in a taxi or 25 AED on the bus). As this is a place of worship, you should dress appropriately (they have cover-up items available for anyone without suitable attire). During Eid, around 41,000 people attend the mosque. There is no admission fee.

Luxury shopping, nightly fountain shows, an aquarium inside the Dubai Mall, and even indoor skiing at the Mall of the Emirates are available (the Mall of the Emirates also has over 650 stores and 100 restaurants). You can also add visiting the Ibn Battuta Mall to the Dubai tourism list. It is the world’s largest themed mall having a Moroccan theme and is named after the explorer of the same name (it has over 270 stores and 50 restaurants too).

The winter months, from November to April, are perfect for visiting Dubai. Or you can simply be a Dubai tourist at the time of the Dubai Shopping Festival, which brings the city to life in January and February and attracts a large number of tourists.
