Taking a week to 10 days off and travelling to an exotic location can give you the rest of that you need and so when you come back to the office, you will be able to give your job your best effort.
  3. It is an opportunity to recharge – There is only so much that any of us can do in any given working day and if you are taking any days off in the week then your health will indeed suffer. You can’t push aside your health in favour of climbing the corporate ladder and so take your vacation time and really book a destination that will allow you to completely relax and get your energy levels back up to where they should be.
